The evening sky outside had already started turning shades of orange and pink by the time Ruhi reached home. After spending the entire day at college, she felt both physically tired and mentally exhausted. The first day itself had been far more eventful than she had expected. The moment she entered the house, the familiar atmosphere immediately made her feel lighter. Home always had a way of doing that.
After freshening up and changing into comfortable clothes, Ruhi finally came downstairs. Her slightly damp hair rested over her shoulders while she lazily walked into the living room. The moment she sat on the sofa, she realized just how hungry she was.
